These sessions last two hours and are designed to make managers
aware of the importance of handling and lifting issues. The presentation
covers the size of the problem of handling and lifting injuries,
the present regulations and legal background and the actions needed
to meet the challenge. The presentation shows delegates that the
solution to back injuries involves all aspects of the operation
from the building itself through to the day to day activities of
the staff.
Delegates can be supplied with a folder which contains the overheads
from the Management Briefing and HSE Leaflets.
Two sessions can be run in one day.
