A group of up to 6 people** are trained in the principles of safe
handling. This course is intended for staff who will be handling
people in the course of their work It is particularly appropriate
for nurses (including district nurses) who have not had any recent
training. It is also suitable for training nursing auxiliaries,
care workers etc.
Delegates receive a certificate of attendance.
**These courses have a limit of six delegates per lecture to ensure
that practical skill are properly learned. This is in accordance
with the guidance of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
